Tips You Should Know When Removing Tubular Scaffolding

1. Preparations for the removal of the tubular scaffold shall meet the following requirements:

(1) it is necessary to check whether the scaffold connection, the wall piece and the supporting system meet the structural requirements.

 
(2) the removal sequence and measures in the design of the construction organization shall be supplemented and improved according to the inspection results, which can be implemented after approval by the competent department;

 
(3) it shall be carried out by the head of the unit engineering to remove the safety technology;

 
(4) remove debris and obstacles on the tubular scaffold.

2. When removing the scaffolding, the following provisions shall be met:

(1) the demolition operation must be carried out by the upper and lower layers, and it is forbidden to work at the same time;

 
(2) the wall parts must be removed from the scaffold layer by layer, and the scaffold shall be removed before the whole or several layers of the wall are removed. The height difference should not be greater than 2 steps. If the height difference is greater than 2, the wall should be strengthened.

 
(3) when the tubular scaffold is removed to the height of the last long vertical rod (about 6.5 m), it shall first set up a temporary throw in the proper place and then remove the wall;

 
(4) when the scaffold is removed and the separation plane is dismantled, the two ends of the scaffold shall be reinforced with the wall piece and the transverse bracing.
